Berry Banana Probiotic Smoothie
This berry banana smoothie is perfect for nourishing your body with antioxidants, probiotics and healthy fats. It is made with frozen berries, kefir, avocadoes, bananas and no added sugar. This smoothie is tangy, a bit sweet, and perfect to serve for breakfast or any time during the day for energy boost. This recipe serves 2, so if you only want to make it for yourself, simply reduce the ingredients by half. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1.5 cups of kefir
2 cups of frozen berries of your choice (I used combination of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
1.5 of bananas
1 avocado
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until consistency is smooth.
The consistency of this smoothie is on a thicker side, just perfect in my opinion. However, if you like your smoothie to be thinner, simply add more kefir to it and adjust sugar accordingly.
