Cozy Pumpkin Spice Latte
Fall is finally upon us, and I must admit it’s my favorite season! Nothing but beautiful weather, colorful leaves, warmth, coziness and love. And of course we can’t forget about pumpkins and pumpkins spice latte! It’s warm, slightly spicy, and slightly sweet, topped with whipped cream. Most importantly, it’s so easy to make, you’ll see!
Ingredients
5 oz of strong brewed coffee
11 oz of milk
4 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoons of pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 teaspoons of sugar
some whip cream
Directions
In a bowl, warm up the pumpkin puree, and in a minute or so add the rest of the ingredients: vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and sugar. Then add coffee and milk.
Slowly stir the mixture and wait until it comes to a boil. As soon as the latte starts to boil, take it off the heat. If you like a thicker creamier texture, you may serve the latte as is, if not, you may want to sieve it. I personally leave it as is.
Last but not least, you can’t enjoy pumpkin spice latte without some whip cream on top. Enjoy!
