Russian Beetroot Salad
The Story
Made with beetroot, mayonnaise and garlic, this salad is easy to make and tastes delicious! Not everyone likes boiled beets, but believe me, adding garlic and mayo to beets makes a huge difference and in my opinion, improves its flavor. Serve it with any dish of your choice and enjoy!

Ingredients
2 boiled beets
2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil beets for until it’s ready for about 30 minutes. To check the doneness of beats pierce it with fork. If you are able to easily take it out then it is ready.
Let beets cool and then shred it.
Add the mayonnaise and minced garlic.
Taste the salad and see if salt needs to be added to it. If it does, then add and taste again, until you reach desired level of saltiness. Add black pepper and enjoy!
