Russian Beetroot Salad

If you are not a big fan of beets, this recipe may change your mind. When combined with mayonnaise and garlic, this earthy beetroot salad packs tons of bright, creamy and delicious flavor, and can complement variety of meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized beets

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the beets for about 30 minutes or until softened. Let the beets cool and then shred it using grater.

  2. Add mayonnaise and minced garlic.

  3. Taste the salad and add more salt if needed. Add black pepper and dill for garnish. Enjoy!
