Rustic Flatbread Pizza
This rustic/free style pizza is delicious. The shape of it doesn't have to be perfect, the dough doesn't really need to be kneaded.
I made mine with combination of goat and mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and sweet caramelized onions. The best news is that I didn't have to use pizza oven, but I did have to use pizza stone.
Fluffy Lavash from Caucasus Region
Flat bread - it is popular all over the world, but every cuisine has their own variety of recipes, their own unique touch that makes their bread stand out. From chapati to tortillas to naan, I love them all. But this bread, or lavash, is especially unique because it is incredibly fluffy and airy! You can sprinkle your favorite seeds on it to give it your own unique flavor.
Brioche Buns
Bulochi is simply a Russian word for buns. These are so soft and pillowy, they can be eaten on its own or with jam, butter, anything your heart desires! My favorite way to eat them: with tea, butter and raspberry jam. They are delicious, and easy to make. Yum!
